班兰kaya

想做很久了。。。。终于“干愿”动手。不懂其他人会这样吗。想做但迟迟不愿动手。总是被懒虫控制住。
连续几天都做了班兰椰奶的甜点,闷了。明天要换下咯。
难得我这末勤快天天洗手做糕点小吃。真怕收藏了这么久的食谱会发霉呀。嘻嘻。
不懂我能坚持每天有post在LTU的coconut events吗。(给自己打打气)
要问问Bakerious家的Jess有勤工奖吗嘻嘻。

锻炼一下手力;要不停的搅拌。
材料有鸭蛋 4粒,糖150克,椰浆250克和 浓缩的班兰液。材料不难准备但手要不停的搅拌1个小时。隔水煮至浓稠即可。娘子煮半个小时就收工了,但我煮了1小时才浓。有兴趣的朋友可以到以下的link学习下;
装好罐子待凉即可收入冰箱。装了几罐送亲朋好友。

煮的kaya好香好滑呀。忍不住吃了几片面包。

  1. yes yes got award, a kiss from me, can or not hahaha.... thanks for so supportive, it is so great to hear someone trying to post daily with me, it is quite tough for me since my available time is limited but now with you, I will try to make it to post everyday heehee..
    and yes I am one of them who have bookmarked a lot of recipes, some can keep for a few yrs still have not try yet especially those with complicated ingredients or steps lol.
