炒好鸡肉馅待凉放入冰箱冷藏一下会比较容易包。下次想加入鸡蛋,应该会好吃。但听说很难包。我的捏工还是没不怎么好看。
还是用回常用的包子食谱。包粉500克,糖 70克,水加金瓜泥 = 220克,椰子油30克,
yeast 6克。原食谱水是220克,我因为手痒想加入金瓜泥所以就。。。。又随性咯。我用面包机打面团。包了馅待发一个小时。冷水开始蒸 15分钟。5分钟后才拿出包子。我是惯用毛巾盖住包子,第二天蒸热吃。
