没有水粿模型,我用了蛋塔模。
水粿材料有荷花牌粘米粉200克,三象牌粘米粉200克,水400克。拌匀,再加入刚煲好的热水800克。边倒入边搅拌均匀。面糊即可倒入抹好油的模型。我用的蛋塔模只需蒸25分钟(大火)。如果你用的是比较深比较大的模型可能需要蒸久一点。一定要大火蒸,我是冷水开始蒸。蒸的要熟透。

这水粿食谱是我自己改良的。我试过很多食谱都不是自己喜欢的口感。经过多次反复的试验才满意这水粿的口感。
