九月初九是中国的重阳节。在马来西亚没有什么人懂这节日，更不用说重视了。我也不大了解这节日。
九月初九也是九皇爷诞。
这天很多人会吃素，也有人会吃九天素。九皇爷庙更是人挤人的。我也做个椰糖发糕来“Heng Heng”下！
发糕一定要大火蒸噢！
